This book is a collection of diverse emotions and reflections, capturing a journey through midlife. Within these poems, you will find humour, life's ironies, some home truths, faith, pain and glimpses of the author's everyday experiences all woven together in verse. A poignant section delves into the anguish caused by chronic pain, where the author candidly expresses her feelings, sometimes exploring them through the lens of karma and past lives. Another segment captures her keen observations of the world-gleaned from interactions with people, society at large, curiosity about the cosmos, the advent of AI and social media.
