His expertise spans leadership development, ethical HR, team building, and behavioural sciences, enriched by practices like transactional analysis, psychodrama, and Zen-inspired learning. He has designed leadership interventions, coached teams through transitions, and trained certified trainers across sectors. A passionate faculty and parental coach, he has conducted workshops globally and spoken at universities in Dallas and Lisbon.
