The Services Selection Board (SSB) is a five-day personality assessment procedure conducted for officer-level selection for the Army, Navy, Air Force, and the Coast Guard.

Über die Autorin bzw. den Autor
Col (Dr) Mohinder Pal Singh is an Infantry officer. He has been a GTO with 19 SSB and Senior GTO 14 SSB. He has had over six years of experience as an assessor in SSBs. He is a graduate from St Xaviers College Mumbai, post graduate and doctorate from Allahabad University. Presently he is mentoring defence services aspirants as Founder and Director of AMAS Training, Greater Noida.
