In Freedom of Expression in a Pluralistic World Order, Ambrogino G. The author determines the scope of the perilous rift that tends to undermine this fundamental right by scrutinizing the relevant political theories. Subsequently, he elucidates the importance of this right for our globalized age through different philosophies. Based on these findings, the de jure impact of pluralism on the fundamental right to freedom of expression is examined and explained.

Biografía del autor:

Dr. Ambrogino G. Awesta obtained his master's degree in International and European Public Law (Cum Laude) at Tilburg University (2010), and his master's degree in Jurisprudence and Philosophy of Law at the University of Leiden (2011). From 2010 to 2014, he has been employed as a lecturer by the Department of Jurisprudence of Leiden Law School, where he has also completed his PhD.
