Victor Fung-shuen Sit is Professor in the Department of Geography at the University of Hong Kong. Guanghan Chen is Professor of Economics and Director of the Centre for Studies of Hong Kong, Macau and Pearl River Delta at Sun Yat-sen University, Guangzhou.
