A 2018 B.R.A.G. Medallion Award winner, and 2017 Self-Publishing Review Book Awards Finalist, T. R. Schumer is an independent author of five books, including the Amazon best seller,“Death Catch”, recent award winning novel,“HUM”, and the soon to be released crime thriller, "Funny Money". Schumer is also an instrument rated pilot, sailor, scuba diver, and world traveler. As of December of 2017, she has visited a total of 89 countries. In 2008, she successfully copiloted a single-engine aircraft on an around-the-world flight. The author has since logged over forty-thousand sea miles, including two Atlantic crossings, and one of the Pacific. A Florida native, and graduate of the University of South Florida, the author currently lives with her husband aboard a sailboat somewhere in the Pacific.
