Each lesson each provided and also shown how it is based in scripture - what God has taught us all along about being leaders.
The lessons are divided into three parts, namely: building relationships with yourself because if you don't have the skills and you don't have a love relationship with yourself, how can you build relationships with other; building relationships with others who are your team - building relationships that are authentic and that enhance the unity in the team; and lastly building a relationship with God where you learn from what the Word teaches us about relationships and leading so that we fulfill the Word of God in our roles as leaders as well.
This book is based on scriptural principles but is not exclusively for Christians. Whatever you believe or don't believe, this book can still help you to improve the way you lead your teams and allow you too build strong authentic re;ationships with your teams.
