This volume brings together articles that present, comment on and interpret primary sources from the Sasanian and post-Sasanian periods. The objects and documents treated in this volume are of recent appearance. Some come from official excavations like the bullae of Takt-e Solayman, but the majority has come through the antiquities trade. One article deals with texts and objects from the Sasanian period, as well as Central Asian ethnography. The second reading of the documents of the Archive of Tabarestan, as well as their juridical commentary, which started in 2016, is completed with this volume. This original, and meticulous, work enables us to add to our knowledge of legal vocabulary and Sasanian law.

Ce volume reunit des articles qui presentent, commentent et interpretent des sources primaires d'epoques sassanide et post-sassanide. La plupart des objets et documents traites dans ce volume sont d'apparition recente. Certains proviennent de fouilles officielles comme les bulles de Takt-e Solayman, mais la majorite du materiel d'etude est arrivee par le biais du marche des antiquites. Un article de type transversal traite aussi bien de textes et d'objets d'epoque sassanide que d'ethnographie d'Asie Centrale. Dans ce volume arrive a son terme la deuxieme lecture des documents de l'Archive du Tabarestan ainsi que leur commentaire juridique. Ce travail original, mais fastidieux, a permis de renouveler nos connaissances du vocabulaire juridique et du droit sassanide.
