Inhaltsangabe

Got a 3D pen and not sure what to make with it?

This book takes you from your very first wobbly line to a freestanding robot in 20 projects. Each new skill is explained in plain language right before the project that uses it, so every project builds on the one before. First you learn to trace a clean line, then to fill a shape, then to join pieces, and finally to stand them up into real 3D models.

Inside you'll find:

• 20 step-by-step projects across five chapters, from a Star Name Tag and Heart Key Tag to a Cube Pencil Holder, a Treasure Chest with a working hinge, a Turtle, Rocket, Castle Tower, Dinosaur and Robot
• Illustrated, numbered instructions with one action per step, so beginners never get lost
• Full-size templates for every project, each with a 1-inch check square so you can confirm it printed at the right size, plus a QR code to download all 20 templates and print them again
• A project card for each build showing skill level, time, finished size, and the exact materials and tools you need
• "Check your work" signs and troubleshooting tips in every project, plus a full troubleshooting guide for clogs, warping, weak joints and gaps
• A clear safety and supervision page for families, along with a glossary and a master materials checklist

Who it's for

Kids ages 8 to 12 working with an adult, teens, and adult beginners who want a calm, structured way to learn. The projects are written for low-temperature 3D pens that use 1.75 mm PCL filament.

It makes a thoughtful gift alongside a new 3D pen, and a screen-free afternoon project for families and classrooms.

3D pen, filament and tracing mat are not included.
