Background Rob has held leadership roles across multiple industries within Fortune 500 and private equity companies such as: Sony, PepsiCo, Allegheny Technologies Inc., General Electric, Johnson Controls International, Global Container Terminals, and REV Group. Over two decades of experience driving business operations and business transformation has resulted in over $1 billion dollars of cost savings and generated revenue. He is known for his work in Lean, Agile, Problem Solving, Six Sigma, Strategy Execution, Industry 4.0 / 5.0, Reliability Centered Maintenance, Change Acceleration & Commitment, Enterprise Business Systems and Operating Models. Rob is the Chairman of the Board at Parkview Community Federal Credit Union. In addition, he is a Maintenance Training Program Steering Committee member at Pittsburgh Institute of Aeronautics. Rob served in the United States Air Force where he functioned as a crew-chief (aircraft maintenance) assigned globally in high-pressure assignments. A current C-level business transformation executive, Rob's primary industry background centers on technology and service-based environments. He has held positions within engineering, supply-chain, manufacturing, maintenance, quality, safety, and business operations / operational excellence. He was instrumental with the design, development, and implementation of new manufacturing lines and intelligent factory start-ups in both domestic and international environments within General Electric.Experience Rob's broad industry experience includes assignments in the Electronics, Bottling, Metals, Rail & Mining, Energy, Automotive, Transportation & Logistics, Specialty Automotive, Aerospace & Defense, and Financial Services industries. He has delivered organizational value through an intense focus on Daily Management, Lean Management, and Breakthrough Management driven by Change Acceleration & Commitment within challenging environments.One of the Six Sigma initiatives for which Rob was responsible for was a requisition to platform process which facilitates company new product launches. This initiative was a critical component of the company's process-improvement program and represented 1 of 40 big processes throughout a Fortune 5 company. Results included: 80% system reuse, 6-month reduction in cycle, and a 35% reduction in sole-source suppliers and overtime.Thought Leader Rob is an energetic motivational speaker, accomplished communicator, and dedicated mentor. Education / Certifications Rob holds a MBA from the University of Pittsburgh and an Advanced Certificate for Executives (ACE) from MIT Sloan School of Management. In addition, Rob is a certified Lean-Six Sigma Master Black Belt and Quality Engineer.
