Kriya-practice with devotion is the panacea for all type of suffering. You must discharge your responsibilities for parents, wife/husband & children. It will help in the Kriya-practice. The Kriya practice can enable you to know your past lives. On confessing the sins (theft, injustice, illicit relationships etc.) before Rev. Gurudeva, He destroys them by the Kriya practice.
