Power versus Power addresses the fundamentals of deliverance- man, the beast, the fight, God and the freedom. In Luke 4v 18, Jesus Christ was sent forth to preach deliverance to the captives, "The Spirit of the Lord is upon me, because he hath anointed me to... preach deliverance to the captives..." The core course of Christ's coming to earth was to save mankind or 'set the spiritual captives free,' and that is deliverance. Bear in mind that Jesus' ministry was threefold; he taught, conducted healings and miracles, and cast out demons. It can be argued that although Christ died on the cross of Calvary to set the captives free; the whole human race, one way or the other, is still on the receiving end up to today from Satan who happens to be the 'god of this world' and his demonic forces. Up to today, Jesus Christ is the word of God that destroys any of 'the works of the devil' in your life if you simply believe that word and act on it by faith. Surprisingly, many people who are in spiritual chains are unable to get free on their own. The question is why? The answer might be that; either they do not know how or because they do not understand the spirit realm and demonic activities. Then who shoulders the blame? The likely culprit is that, the Church has slept on its job, by not teaching Christians about the dark world and demonic forces. The other factor might be the erroneous teachings by most preachers that a Christian cannot be afflicted or possessed by demons. Thus Christians who have the right to be free are still held captive because of these serious blunders from the 'called' shepherds. Hence in being freed from captivity, power has to face power, and the battle field is your soul (the mind) Ephesians 6v12. Thus deliverance ministry's role is to bring spiritual victory and freedom to those in bondage, resulting in restoration to their original capacity of functionality as destined by God.

Charles Sam Seisa was born on 9/4/1974, in Tutume village, Botswana. Seisa an excelling child all his schooling life, was born to the late Mokhala Sam Seisa and Chipo Sam and is the eldest in a family of six siblings. He is the CEO of DCI (Pty) Ltd t/a Divine Medicinal Solution International (DIMSOL Int'l) that manufactures medical devices. He is also the Director of DIMCO (Pty) Ltd of which the subsidiary Divine Bookworld Publishers falls under. He is as well, a published Author, a Business Consultant registered with Association of Business Consultants of Botswana (ABCB), a Medical Technologist, and an Accountant by profession. He is the pioneer of Palapye Covid-19 Molecular Biology Testing Laboratory in Palapye together with Botswana/Harvard Partnership Medical Scientists and Medland Application Specialists on 13th June 2020, and he is that laboratory's former head. As the overseer of Covid-19 Testing, he did analysis, evaluation, verification, authorization of results & liaison with clinicians at district level, National Health Laboratory (NHL), Ministry of Health (MoH), & National Emergency Operations Centre (NEOC) on Covid-19 issues on daily bases as dictated by the Presidential Covid-19 Task Force. Seisa's mandate with his team of youthful Medical Laboratory Scientists was to overseer testing in 2 out of 9 Botswana Covid 19 Zones being, Greater Palapye-Zone 2 (Sefhare, Palapye, Sekgoma Memorial hospitals and Martins Drift/Groblersbrug border post Covid-19 samples) and Greater Selibe-Phikwe-Zone 3 (Selibe-Phikwe, Mmadinare, & Bobonong Hospitals covid-19 samples). He resigned from public service one and half year later on 31 December 2021, to pioneer yet again, one of the first ever Vacuum Blood Collection Tubes manufacturing plant in Selibe-Phikwe Town, Botswana by January 04 2022. Charley, as he is affectionately known to his well-wishers, is a born again Christian. He is married to Gofaone Seisa and they are blessed with 2 boys & 2 girls, Samuel Alebakwe Seisa alias Sammy, Judah Rorisang Seisa, Naomi Shammah Seisa, & Katlego Mirabel Seisa. Power versus Power is his fifth book.
