In 17th Amendment...Rescind!!, Daniel H. Marchi takes on one of the most significant yet controversial shifts in American constitutional history-the ratification of the Seventeenth Amendment to the United States Constitution. According to Marchi, this amendment fundamentally altered the balance of power between the states and the federal government by eliminating the original mechanism of state-legislature selection of U.S. Senators and substituting it with direct popular election. Marchi, argues that the amendment represents a departure from the founding structure of the Republic and that its impact merits reconsideration. Through this concise 80-page treatise, he invites readers to explore why he believes the amendment should be rescinded-not simply amended or ignored-in order to restore what he views as the proper constitutional relationship between the states, the people, and the federal government. As a mathematician, wrote and programmed algorithm modals. As a Algebraist, reduced Algebraic equations of engineers and Physicist Mathematical Model. As a programmer, programmed mentioned Mathematical Modals.

My name is Donald Marchi. I am the nephew of Daniel H. Marchi, author of a series of constitutional books published between 2010 and 2015 that examine how America's government has departed from the constitutional framework established by the Founding Fathers. Throughout his life, Uncle Danny shared these works with elected officials and made them freely available online to encourage constitutional education and informed public discussion.Following his passing on January 22, 2015, I became the copyright holder and steward of his literary works. It is both my privilege and responsibility to preserve, publish, and continue sharing his research exactly as he intended, ensuring that his lifelong work remains available to future generations.Uncle Danny was a brilliant mathematician, computer scientist, and World War II veteran who served as a B-24 nose gunner. As a computer scientist, he contributed to coding class libraries that remain in use today. To me, however, he was far more than an accomplished scholar-he was my closest friend, mentor, and trusted advisor. I can still hear him say, "Let me tell you somethin'!"He viewed the United States Constitution as a mathematical truth-timeless, objective, and applicable to every American. His life's work sought to compare today's system of government with the constitutional republic originally envisioned by the Founding Fathers. It is an honor to continue Uncle Danny's legacy by presenting his research to new readers. Before explaining his constitutional analyses, I invite you to read "The Way of Our Dreams," a story he shared with me years ago that inspired a speech I once delivered to my peers. I hope it offers a glimpse into the character, wisdom, and vision of the remarkable man behind these pages. For more of his books and research, visit www.mymarchibooks.com
