Prison and those who are housed there are typically viewed negatively, but life and everything about it is based on each individual's perception, knowledge or lack thereof, experiences, and understanding. Harold (Bam) is a dedicated demonstration of transformation,consciousness, and mature power. He's an ISSA (InternationalSports Sciences Association) Certified Personal Trainer whohas attained his Master Trainer's Certification, which includes:Certified Nutritionist, Certified Yoga Instructor, Certified GluteSpecialist, Transformation Specialist, Specialist in Strength andConditioning, Specialist in Performance Enhancement,Specialist in Bodybuilding, Specialist in Corrective Exercises,Group Exercise Instructor, and Senior Fitness Instructor. Healso started and hosts the yearly Juneteenth Celebration, TheAnnual Kwanzaa Celebration, and co-founded The MentalHealth and Stability Program at the Turney Center IndustrialComplex. In addition, he's also striving to become a licensedparalegal.
