Inhaltsangabe

From Numb to Normal by India Oxenberg is a poetry collection tracing the quiet movement from dissociation toward presence, and from survival toward self-reclamation. With lyrical restraint and emotional clarity, the poems explore trauma, recovery, identity, and the slow, uneven return to feeling. The collection gives voice to experiences of psychological control, grief, and resilience, offering readers reflection rather than instruction. Intimate and grounded, From Numb to Normal transforms lived experience into language, inviting moments of recognition, validation, and hope.
