The book begins with a presentation of the Business Graduate Work Readiness Scale (BGWRS), which is a 66-item assessment designed to assess individual readiness for employment and business. Graduates are encouraged to complete this assessment/test and explore other areas around personality, values, coaching, goal-setting, and much more.. (Please note that the terms ‘assessment’ and ‘test’ are used interchangeably in this book.
