Back in 2015 I began feeling the murmurs of discontentment churning deep within my Soul, after having spent 35 years of my life as a deeply devoted Christian. It felt like the rumblings of a deep sea volcano that was coming back to life after having been dormant for centuries. By the end of that same year I would experience the first major “eruption” with the passing of my dear Mom from cancer. And shortly thereafter, I experienced a second “eruption” even more devastating than the first, with the abrupt loss of the love of my life.

Between these two traumatic “reality shattering” events having occurred so close together, my mind became overwhelmed and could no longer hold my reality together and something cracked. And a voice from deep within me whispered from the shadows. It was my Soul awakened, ready to take me on a journey of reclamation and remembering the Way home.

Renegade Musings is a compilation of these ongoing daily whispers from my Soul. Come join me as I take this journey into consciousness or “remembering”, peeling back the deep layering of trauma and psychological programming of the subconscious mind; reclaiming my true Self.
