Dark Matter effects were first observed by Fritz Zwicky in the 1930s and brought to the forefront of astronomy by Vera Rubin in the 1960s. This means the mystery of Dark Matter has remained unresolved for nearly a century. Current theories of Dark Matter rely on undiscovered particles that are not accounted for in the Standard Model of Particle Physics, which provide an additional “pulling” force within galaxies. But what if Dark Matter could be explained using the Standard Model with a new understanding of gravity that provides a “pushing” force from outside of the galaxies?

This book proposes an alternative theory that utilizes the Standard Model as it currently exists, without requiring the discovery of any new particles. It suggests a symmetry between matter and antimatter that produces a “pushing” gravitational force from antimatter. With all the experiments conducted in particle accelerators, matter and antimatter particles are always produced in equal amounts. Although our theories and experiments predict that there should be vast amounts of antimatter in our universe, we have yet to find any. Where is the missing antimatter?
