Dr. Ainsworth E. Joseph is a University Assistant Professor and a former Ministerial Director, and Pastor of urban churches in New York. His ministry began in Trinidad and Tobago, the beautiful twin island Republic where he was born, where he obtained his initial education, pastoral experience, and ordination. He holds degrees in Theology, Education, Marriage and Family Therapy, Leadership, and Business Administration, with 37 years in pastoral ministry and counseling. Recognized for exceptional leadership during the COVID-19 pandemic, he received a proclamation from the United States Congress Representative for the fifth Congressional District, New York and a citation from the Borough President of Queens, NY. His accomplishments include spearheading the construction of a school building in Ho the Volta Region of Ghana, West Africa. Residing in Berrien Springs, Michigan, he serves at The Seventh-day Adventist Theological Seminary Andrews University and coordinates the CFLE Certificate for the NCFR. Dr. Joseph has three adult professional daughters and one son-in-law.
