Admire the exceptional resilience of the three dogs who overcame abuse, neglect and torture to become adored and ‘famous’ pets. Watson- thrown out like rubbish on a highway in Larnaca, S.Cyprus who later became a model and pin-up for glossy magazines. Maggie May- with a badly smashed leg, who was rescued from a muddy field in Bulgaria and survived amputation to now serve as a therapy dog. And Sam, rescued from imminent death after being dragged behind a car in Turkey, whose life was saved by a skilled and compassionate Turkish vet and who has since featured on national TV in the Netherlands.

You will just love reading all these success stories!

These emotional rescues will bring a tear to your eyes, but also give you hope. They were only possible thanks to the ‘dogged’ determination and compassion of their rescuers!
