Inhaltsangabe

The intersection of digital technologies and immersive environments is transforming how architecture and construction are designed. The integration of modeling tools, virtual and augmented reality, and data-driven design processes are redefining industry practices. These innovations enable architects and engineers to visualize projects with unprecedented accuracy and foster collaborative decision-making across disciplines. Digital models and immersive spaces not only enhance efficiency and precision but also open new possibilities for creativity, sustainability, and user-centered design in the built environment. Exploring Digital Models and Immersive Spaces in Architecture and Construction explores concrete answers and replicable workflows for interacting with digital models in immersive environments such as virtual and augmented reality using building information modeling or digital twins. This book shares experiences from different sectors that will promote new experiments and cross-pollination. Covering topics such as digital models, architecture, and construction, this book is an excellent resource for academicians, researchers, practitioners, and more.
