Über die Autorinnen und Autoren

Jan Vrba , born in September 1990, holds EU and Czech citizenship. He resides in Czech Republic and Vietnam. Jan has been appointed Senior Full Professor (“Profesor Titular C”) at Universidad Azteca, and he also earned a Ph.D. in Business Administration (Charisma University), D.B.A. in Human Resource Management, PhDr. in Political Science, and Master’s Degrees in Big Data and Business Analytics. His career spans Vice-Dean and University Lecturer in the Czech Republic and Poland, Academic Expert in India, and Chief Innovation Officer in Malaysia. He leads international partnerships, global research management, and academic support in multicultural environments. Active in publishing as Deputy Editor-in-Chief and reviewer for peer-reviewed journals, he speaks at international conferences. Fluent in Czech, Slovak, and English. His research focuses on AI, public administration, and sustainability (SCOPUS/WOS indexed).

Thi Ngoc Quynh Huynh is an experienced educational consultant and lecturer based in Czechia, specializing in English language teaching and educational program development. She holds a Doctorate in Business Administration and a Master’s degree from European institutions, as well as an MBA from Western Sydney University. Her career encompasses university lecturing, curriculum design, and leadership in language education, supported by multiple scholarships and academic awards that reflect her dedication to inspiring learners and advancing educational excellence.

Oldřich Hájek is a Czech academic, senator, and dean specializing in regional development and public administration. He holds advanced degrees in geography, public policy, and management, and presently serves as Dean at the Faculty of Administration and Economic Studies in Uherské Hradiště and as a senator in the Czech Parliament. His research focuses on territorial cohesion and regional policy, with publications in leading economic and geographical journals. Oldřich is also a passionate beekeeper.
