A trial of the Church of Rome, or rather an indictment of all humanity? The first novel in the cycle of the Amrites is a fresco of symbols and archetypes of Tradition, as one would rather expect from a medieval work, while this one is set in a contemporary scenario, where the eternal struggle for the assertion of an absolute truth takes on the appearance of a clash between occult powers. But the plot interwoven with human emotions and disturbing mysteries conceals and finally unveils a profound reflection on madness and that madman called Christ, who shocked all humanity with a message of love.
Domenico Rosaci is professor of Information Processing Systems at the “Mediterranea” University of Reggio Calabria. He conducts research in the field of Artificial Intelligence, and has been listed in the prestigious Stanford/Elsevier Top 2% list of the world's most cited scientists. He is also a scholar of ancient philosophy and history of religions, areas in which he has published numerous essays, and is a writer of novels and poetry.
