What You will find inside the book:

Construction Productivity

This section describes some of the basic tools developed over the past two decades to measure and

analyze productivity on construction sites. This list is not exhaustive and people using these tools

in the field are constantly modifying them, but it is a starting point with which anyone involved in

productivity discussions should be aware.

Case Studies For Success

The author provides actual examples of managers of construction projects successfully modifying

their practices to have a positive impact on field productivity. This is the "idea section" that can

show the possible results from critically analyzing how work is done on the project site. Some of these approaches can be adapted immediately for use on projects.

Changing Company Culture

Here the author presents a look at the challenge of change with implication on the impact in construction. These include demographic, robotics, and artificial Intelligence.
