Über die Autorin bzw. den Autor

Sarah Rose is a Long Island native and the creator of BPD Beautiful. She's a proud mom, a follower of Jesus and a survivor of narcissistic abuse. Throughout her teens and 20's-she was diagnosed with bulimia, depression, anxiety, CPTSD and BPD. After 10+ years of treatment and a miracle, she finally entered remission in 2021. Now, she leverages her lived experience to develop practical mental-health resources grounded in proven therapeutic approaches.
