Akhilesh Chandra Prabhakar obtained M.Phil. and Ph.D. degrees in economics from Jawaharlal Nehru University, New Delhi. He is currently associated with the University of Technology at LAE, Papua New Guinea. In the past, he served as Senior Lecturer of Economics at the College of Business (COB) in Universiti Utara Malaysia for 4 years and formerly served for 7 years as Assistant Professor in economics at Addis Ababa University (AAU), University of Gondar (UoG), Debre Berhan University (DBU), Ethiopia under the UNDP. He is an Associate Editor of the International Journal of Asian Social Science. Dr. Prabhakar serves as Director of Global South Social Networks (GSSN), and a member of Intellectual Networks for the South Centre, Geneva. For the last 25 years, his research has focused on globalization, south-south economic cooperation, trade and technology, entrepreneurship, economic systems, poverty, inequality, and welfare.
Poshan Yu is a faculty member in the University of Victoria Program at Soochow University. He has an extensive academic footprint, having partnered with institutions such as SKEMA Business School, Shanghai University’s Australian Studies Centre, emlyon business school, GWU at RUC, and KEDGE Business School at RUC. He has held adjunct positions in Thailand and Luxembourg and had a casual appointment in Australia. Visiting scholar experiences at CUHK have boosted his influence. In publishing, Yu serves as an associate editor for an SSCI-indexed journal and another publication, contributes to European editorial boards, and is a sought-after ad-hoc reviewer for leading journals. His research output is remarkable, with over 12 journal articles (6 in high-caliber ABDC B/SSCI-indexed ones), over 60 book chapters, and 16 edited volumes (7 Scopus-indexed English books acquired by top global institutions). His 6 Chinese-edited books are well-regarded in the Chinese academic community.
Vasilii Erokhin , Ph.D., is an Associate Professor at Moscow University of Finance and Law MFUA. He holds a Ph.D. degree in Economic and Management (2006). He holds a Specialist degree in International Economics (2003) from Stavropol State Agrarian University, Russia. His spheres of research interests: international trade in agricultural commodities, international trade and economic integration, sustainable development of trade, agricultural production and rural territories in the conditions of growing globalization, food and economic security, activities of the World Trade Organization, and regional development. Vasilii Erokhin is an author of over 140 scientific works in international economics, international trade, sustainable rural development and regionalization. He is a holder of the honorary awards from the Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation (2010), Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation (2012).
