Inhaltsangabe

Little Apple is a young apple filled with joy and love for his apple family. One day, he discovers his Grandma Apple is not doing so well. Join little apple as he learns important lessons about the cycle of life from the other apples in the apple tree.

This story is for children ages 2-7 and encourages readers to discuss the topics of loss, grief, and healing.

The stoic philosophers had a saying, ‘momenti mori’. it means ‘remember, you must die’. This endearing tale hopes to captivate the stoic idea that death is a natural part of life and not to be feared. Little Apple learns what Marcus Aurelius journaled so many years ago, “it is not death that a man should fear, but he should fear never beginning to live.”
