Inhaltsangabe

The Indigo Connection, from Debut Author, Cj Struwve, is the first book of her riveting new series set in a futuristic society. This wildly adventurous story takes the reader along with Sonnie's adventures as she matures into a young woman while continuing her quest for freedom and equality.

Sonnie's life wasn't turning out the way she had envisioned. In a Post World War Three setting, a new world government has created separate colonies on earth to house its human population. As a child, Sonnie had been content growing up in Zion Pass, a colony which portrays a picture-perfect community catering to those who desire a picture-perfect lifestyle. But as she reaches her adolescent years, Sonnie begins feeling like she doesn't belong while becoming defiant at home.

Then she meets Edgar, a mysterious boy who enlightens her about their unjust government...and to her mother's dismay, Sonnie becomes more and more adamant about leaving their little colony when she turns eighteen. However, destiny decides for her, and Sonnie's life forever changes when she and two young children suddenly experience a shocking event, forcing them to flee Zion Pass.

It's on this unexpected journey where Sonnie begins to find a purpose in life. But just when she's starting to feel a sense of freedom like she's never felt before, fate takes yet another turn – three strangers invade their private tiny haven. Sonnie and the children are taken to a colony that is governed much differently than Zion Pass. And this time there's no going back.

If you enjoy being transformed into another world surrounded with mystery, adventure, and surprise, then, The Indigo Connection is for you!
