Modern Acol: a broad term for modern systems based on standard ACOL but including other conventions, particularly transfers and alternative ways of playing opening two-bids, as described below. Agreements vary between partnerships but typically include two-suited overcalls, cue bids, Checkback Stayman, Jacoby 2NT and Roman Key Card Blackwood.

We will certainly cover most, if not all, of these conventions to build our version of the Modern Acol system.
