I have shared personal moments of my life here in my small village at the Colder Ocean, including my own challenges and how I overcame them by staying positive. You will also find many ideas of how to balance your body/mind/soul/ spirit connections, and how important it is to take as much time as you need to care for yourself and how valuable it is to overcome “Nature Deficit Disorder.”
I have included several meditations throughout this book and I am confident when you do them you will see very positive results in your own lives. I have also referred to several books that I found to be very helpful. This book of daily inspirations can be one very useful tool in your spiritual toolbox to use to brighten your days and inspire you to create.
