Inhaltsangabe

This is an autobiography of LtCol John Capito. Told with lots of laughs and great stories LtCol Capito details the burgeoning Marine Corps V/STOL program. The Harrier jet was a one of a kind, but not every pilot was willing to take on the new and untested aircraft. From rugged beginnings and lots of on the job training the Marine pilots who did build and thrive in this program proved to the world that this Close Air Support aircraft was to be the future for the Marine Corps. Take a dive into history and relive experiences through the eyes of an early pioneer and future instructor, mentor and friend to many.
