Up until the age of 30, I was ‘normal’ whatever that is. Then out of the blue bipolar struck. I don’t know how it affects other people but for me from that point on my life changed completely and irrevocably. This is about my bipolar journey. A graphic, no holds barred account. I can't give answers but hopefully my story does give some insight.
