As symphonic musicians can function routinely and with arguably perfect performance in their work, health workers and the public at large can turn the tide in health and well-being to live with optimal outcomes. Systems themselves can be organized in certain ways in support of this. This may or may not be the last chance to achieve such goals. We are much better off if we find that we are at the beginning of good things, achieved by revitalizing the best from the past, rather that at the end, with an uncertain future.
