Rev Ian Jennings M.A. was Team Rector in the Dicocese of Sheffield and retired in 2015, when his wife was diagnosed with brain cancer.

Ian’s first book, By a Departing Light, was written following Barbara’s death.

This book, What is Life Without My Love?, is more than a follow up. It tells the story of many who have also been thrust into this journey of grief and loss but who have found purpose and hope.

Ian was married to Barbara for 44 years and has been engaged in Christian Ministry for over 50 years. He is currently serving as Associate Minister at St. Mary’s Denham.
