Inhaltsangabe

This sequel to Scota's Harp takes the reader on a deeper exploration of Ulysses' fabled voyage, perhaps in the North Atlantic rather than the Mediterranean Sea. Modern day character Dr. Donald Cameron investigates the myths of Atlantis and the Battle of Troy and questions the accepted history concerning their locations. During this quest, he endures scathing criticism and is threatened with loss of his position as professor of archeology at a prestigious mid-western university. In this intriguing work of historical fiction, author Michele Buchanan brings a fresh look to ancient events and takes the reader on a fascinating journey through the past. Indeed, she asks, who knows what song the Sirens actually did sing?
