Inhaltsangabe

I accidentally stumbled into a great way to lose weight and get back into great physical shape…and get paid in the process. I took a job in an Amazon warehouse as a general laborer. It was a bit unusual since I’m retired and not working to earn a living. Within seven months, I lost over 40 pounds and took six inches off my waistline. This is my story of how I did it and what it’s like to work in an Amazon warehouse. It's a great book for retired people who want to have something meaningful to do and stay healthy at the same time. It can add years to your life span and put a spring in your step.
