There are hard periods in life. Sometimes you have no time to cook, some times you don't want to cook. But thing that puts me our of depression is cooking! Best part - the most recipes I use is very simple. In this book you will find 60 recipes I usually cook. Each are marked as very ‘simple’ (i’d say ‘primitive’), ‘require minimum of ingredients’, ‘ingredients have long term of storage’, ‘quick to make’, ‘long to keep’, ‘long to cook, but require minimum efforts’, and their combinations. They are taken from different cuisines and have only two things in common: they are rather simple and I like them. Hope you will like them too!

I know what you think: “there are millions videos in the internet how to cook this or that”. But let’s be honest, do you have time or desire to watch 10+ minutes videos on simplest recipe? Also, they have tendency to pile up and turn to the total mess. Especially when you need them. So I thought, this little cook-book can be a bit of a help. I added index of ingredients as well as best ingredients' combinations!
