They come from my discipline that I created of Taikyokuken Ken Sho Ryu of which I am the Soke or founder. Each chapter explains the causes & effects of each movement of each kata like performing a Bunki, each kata is described in whole from start to finish, then I explain to you the skeletal, muscular, 5 major organs, & vital points in full detail to placement to function, to manipulation, & whole lot more information in-between.
