For the politically-inclined American, Aaron Simmons' newest release delves into the somber truths of the history and atrocities of the world that threaten our rights as humans.
For generations, humans have sought to create a better life for themselves and their children. However, history is doomed to repeat itself if we can't learn from our many mistakes.
In Aaron Simmons Jr.'s new nonfiction novel The Haters, he takes a sobering look at the history of humanity, starting with an in-depth discussion of ancient times. Journey through time as Aaron traces human heritage from ancient lower Egypt-with its constant invasions-to modern times' litany of disasters, societal issues, and political cover ups.
The book exposes the cruelty of slavery, while also remembering the tenant farming years of the past. In addition, The Haters speaks of Jim Crow Laws, and fallacies perpetrated upon innocent citizens by our politicians.
More than anything, The Haters is a truthful somber read that uncovers unpopular truths. Seeking to inform the misinformed who are too trusting, Aaron hopes his book encourages others to uncover the lies and secrets of the world to help all of us build a better tomorrow. Readers of James Baldwin's The Fire Next Time will resonate with topics introduced in The Haters; the book will also appeal to the social-political person and those passionate about American history.
