Dr. Denver J. Fowler is an associate professor of educational leadership and policy studies and the associate dean of graduate and undergraduate studies at California State University, Bakersfield. He holds an Ed.D. with an emphasis in educational administration from Ohio University, an M.A. in education from Mount Vernon Nazarene University, and a B.S. in education from The Ohio State University.
