Our family recipes are rooted in Italy, Ireland, Canada, France, and the US Midwest, with influences from one another and the places our ancestors lived and settled. We also are immigrants of a sort. Over time, we’ve lived in several different US states, and when we travel, we love to immerse ourselves in the local culture. As a result, our recipes include our immersion into Tex-Mex, Cuban, Asian, Southwestern and New Mexican cuisine, with influences from travel around North and Central America, Africa, Asia, Australia, the Middle East, the Caribbean, and Europe. Since we ourselves are gluten free, all recipes include information about how to prepare the recipes gluten free.
