The Design of Learning Organizations explores collective learning, leveraging the Neural Network Paradigm. In this work, Alex, then a junior researcher in Artificial Neural Networks, envisioned a future of collective learning during his MBA that started to materialized 30 years later. Following his thesis, Alex co-led the creation of the McKinsey Digital Practice and held key digital transformation roles as CXO in large global Corporations and CDAO in Fintech.
