Inhaltsangabe

Maw Maw's Begonias is Kathy Jo Blake-Bryant’s delightful book filled with the earth’s natural gifts. She whimsically weaves her way into the readers’ hearts through her ability to offer us the gifts of nature that have been bestowed amongst us. Your mind can envision the butterflies dancing in the air. Close your eyes and you can almost smell the sweet fragrance of flowers, as their heady scents envelop you. She is able to manipulate her words with such ease through her sublime imagery, awakening your senses, and calming your mind.

Simplistically written and artfully woven, the artist in her is revealed as she is able to take you on nature's journey, affording us the insightfulness of the loveliness that surrounds us. God’s creations, given to us to enjoy, bringing us an intoxicating happiness that costs us nothing, yet contains value beyond measure. It is a lovely addition to any poetry collection, and unlike many, can be enjoyed by all ages, and will surely be cherished in the generations to come.
