Über die Autorinnen und Autoren

Fr. Jesse Maingot, O.P., is a Dominican priest of the Irish Province, currently stationed in Trinidad and Tobago. He was ordained in 2019. Fr. Jesse completed his STL in dogmatic theology at the Angelicum University in Rome. He has a heart for rebuilding the culture of worship and adoration of Our Eucharistic Lord. He is passionate about discovering, with others, how to be better disposed to experience the gaze of Jesus from the monstrance. Currently Fr. Jesse is the promoter for Eucharistic Adoration in the Archdiocese of Port of Spain. He also teaches there in the seminary of St. John Vianney and the Ugandan Martyrs.

Fr. Ignatius John Schweitzer, O.P., is a Dominican priest of the Province of St. Joseph. He is the Director of Spiritual Formation and a professor at St. Joseph's Seminary in Dunwoodie, and the provincial promoter of the Lay Dominicans. He lived as a Carthusian monk from 2012 to 2018 and, in some ways, has never left the desert. He feels his particular mission is helping people grow in the spiritual and mystical life. He is a co-author of the book Named for Glory: St. Elizabeth of the Trinity's Identity and Mission, published by Sophia Institute Press.
