Drawing on a lifetime of journalistic experience, Moes provides a superb evaluation and critique of modern media. Theological principles are used to examine the presuppositions of journalistic theory and practice. I profited from his exploration of “mal-information,” and “essential” truth, and “objectivity,” among a host of topics. Moes even provides a framework for honest Christian journalism. With confidence in legacy media at an all-time low, we more than ever need “truth-telling in a world of lies.
