In this book Dr. Glad offers an integrated view and approach to anxiety management. Drawing insight, understanding, and application from both medical science (general revelation) and the Bible (special revelation), the energizing focus of the book is 1) we have clear direction in both medicine and the Bible regarding anxiety management, and 2) if God directs something he also makes it possible! In neither of his books-nature and the Bible-does God stutter, nor does he set standards impossibly high to attain, regardless of our past experience with frustrations, challenges, or failures. If you or someone you care about struggles with anxiety, then read this book. It offers freedom and peace to those who seek it in the right place.
