I never thought I could live life without being gay because that was my community, and that's who accepted me when the church and some family rejected me. It wasn't until I reconnected with God that I found it to be possible. Contrary to what some Christians and Christian protesters have tried to make the LGBQIA+ community believe, that God does not love them because they are gay, the truth is He does love you just the way you are and He loves you too much to let you stay the same. Let me introduce you to my best friend. He's patient. He's kind. He does not envy. He isn't boastful. He isn't arrogant. He isn't rude. He doesn't get irritated. He doesn't keep record of what you did wrong. Oh, and He is looking for more friends.
