Über die Autorin bzw. den Autor

Hi, Adults Make Mistakes, Too! is my very first book. I wrote it because I've spent a lot of my life learning something simple but powerful: nobody's perfect - not even grown-ups - and that's okay. I grew up in a home where apologies didn't come easily, and I realized as an adult how important it is to model honesty, kindness, and self-forgiveness for kids (and for ourselves!).I have a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and a Master's degree in Educational Psychology, both from the University of Houston. Beyond writing, I love singing, art, and design - and I believe creativity is just another way to learn and grow. Adults Make Mistakes, Too! is the first in what I hope will be a series reminding kids (and grown-ups) that adults get scared, feel sad, and mess up sometimes - and that's perfectly normal. Thanks for letting me share this with you!
