Inspired by a personal message from Shri Narendra Modi Ji, Hon’ble Prime Minister of Bharat, in 2019, and subsequent direct correspondence, the Author had the opportunity to interact with the PM. All suggestions were considered by the PMO and the results communicated to the Author. The solutions presented in these chapters are applicable to undeveloped, under-developed, developing, and even developed countries worldwide.
