Joseph C. Stemple began his career with the Arizona Department of Corrections in 1989 as a Correctional Officer I. Through steady advancement-Correctional Officer II, Correctional Sergeant, and ultimately Correctional Lieutenant-his career was marked not merelyby promotion, but by a deep and consistent commitment to leadership excellence. He served across five major prison complexes: Douglas,Florence, Eyman, Perryville, and Tucson, supervising operations in twentytwo distinct prison units ranging from maximum security housing to specialized and administrative environments.
